- How should I arrive for my appointment?
- Arrive with dry, product-free hair if possible. We'll wash and treat at the chair. A 5-minute early arrival lets us settle you in with a hot beverage.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee to fairly compensate your stylist's time.
- Do you work with all hair types and lengths?
- Yes. We're a unisex salon with specialists across straight, wavy, curly, coily, and textured hair, as well as men's precision cuts and grooming.
- What products do you use?
- We exclusively use premium, sustainable, high-performance hair care. Your stylist will recommend the right home-care routine for you.
